Bill Walshe CEO for Viceroy Hotels contacted John after working together very successfully together first with Jumeirah International then with Doyle Collection of Hotels Internationally.

John has been assigned to work with Viceroy to develop F&B standards across the group which spans across Beverley Hills, Miami, New York, Palm springs, Santa Monica, Snowmass, Anguila, Mexico, St Lucia,Turkey, Dubai, Turkey, Abu Dhabi and the Maldives.
