John Wood Selective Recruitment runs along side John Wood Consultancy, a food and beverage consultancy business set up in 2007. After many years of dealing with recruitment companies in his role as firstly a Chef and later as an F&B Director, John felt there were areas of the recruitment and selection process that could be vastly improved.
JWSR aims to change hospitality recruitment to a service that exceeds client expectations and fosters a long term, dedicated relationship between all parties.
